1. Udaka Oluyi-Refractory Olusekelwe Kubumba
Izicelo Eziyinhloko:Ifaneleka ukubeka izitini eziqinile ezisekelwe odakeni ezindaweni ezinamazinga okushisa angu-≤1350℃, njengezingxenye ezisezingeni lokushisa eliphansi lama-oven ezimboni, ama-flue, ama-chimney, izingxenye eziphansi zama-hot blast stove regenerators, kanye nama-boiler linings—konke kusendaweni enezinga lokushisa eliphansi, eliphakathi kuya kweliphansi.

2. I-mortar ene-alumina ephezulu ephikisayo

3. I-Silica Refractory Mortar
Ukusetshenziswa Okuyinhloko:Ihambisana nezitini ze-silica, eziklanyelwe ngqo izimo ze-acidic ezifana nama-oven e-coke, izindonga ze-oven yeglasi/izindonga zesifuba, kanye nezitofu zokwenza insimbi ezine-acidic. Izinga lokushisa lokusebenza lesikhathi eside: 1600~1700℃.
Izici:Imelana nokuguguleka kwe-slag ene-asidi; iyahambisana kahle nokukhula kokushisa nezitini ze-silica, kodwa ayimelani kahle ne-alkali; ayivunyelwe ngokuphelele ukusetshenziswa kuma-alkaline furnaces.
4. I-Massica/Magnesium-chrome Refractory Mortar
Ukusetshenziswa Okuyinhloko: I-Massica:Iyahambisana nezitini ze-magnesia; isetshenziswa ezimweni ze-alkaline slag ezinamandla njengeziguquli ze-alkaline steelmaking, izinhliziyo/izindonga ze-arc furnace kagesi, kanye nezitofu zokuncibilikisa insimbi ezingenayo i-ferrous.
I-Magnesium-chrome:Iyahambisana nezitini ze-magnesia-chrome; isetshenziswa ezimweni zokuguguleka kwe-alkaline okushisa okuphezulu njengezindawo zokushisa ze-simende ezijikelezayo, ama-incinerator kadoti, kanye nama-non-ferrous metal melting furnaces.
Izici:Ukumelana okunamandla kakhulu ne-alkaline slag, kodwa ukumelana okuncane nokushisa nokupholisa okusheshayo; ukuhambisana nemvelo kuyadingeka kwi-magnesia-chrome refractory slurry (ezinye izifunda zivimbela ukukhishwa kwe-chromium ene-hexavalent).
5. Udaka oluphikisayo lwe-silicon carbide
Izinhlelo zokusebenza eziyinhloko:Ifanele izitini ze-silicon carbide/izitini ze-silicon carbide eziboshwe yi-silicon nitride, ezisetshenziswa ezindaweni ezishisa kakhulu, ezingagugi, nezinciphisa ukushisa njengezitsha zokushaya i-blast furnace, ama-ladle lining ensimbi, amapayipi okuphakamisa i-coking furnace, kanye namakamelo okushisa esibili e-incinerators kadoti.
Izici:Ukushisa okuphezulu, ukumelana nokuguguleka okuphezulu, ukumelana nokushiswa kokushisa okuphezulu, kanye nokuphila kwesikhathi eside kunezimbobo zobumba/ze-alumina zendabuko.
6. Udaka olungenasimende/usimende olungenasimende
Izinhlelo zokusebenza eziyinhloko:Ifanelekela ukugaya/ukwakha izitini ezingaphansi kukasimende/ezingenasimende noma izitini ezibunjiwe ezingaphili, ezisetshenziselwa ukuhlanganisa ulwelwesi oluhlanganisiwe lwama-oven amakhulu ezimboni kanye nokwakha ngokunemba kwama-oven anokushisa okuphezulu (njengezitini zeglasi kanye nezitofu zikagesi zensimbi), kanye nokushisa okusebenzayo okungu-1400~1800℃.
