Amashubhu Okuvikela i-Silicon Carbideyizingxenye ezikhethekile zeshubhu ezenziwe ngezinto ze-silicon carbide (SiC) ceramic, ezisetshenziswa kakhulu ukuvikela izinto ezibucayi (njenge-thermocouples) noma njengezingxenye eziyinhloko emishinini yokuthutha uketshezi olushisa kakhulu kanye neyokushintshana kokushisa.

1. Amashubhu okuvikela e-RSiC
